The minimum bet on MSW Bet is ₱20. Maximum stakes vary by market, competition, and individual account status. MSW Bet may apply lower maximum stakes to specific accounts based on betting patterns, without notification being required.
A bet may be declared void by MSW Bet in certain circumstances including: postponement or cancellation of an event where no rescheduled date is confirmed within 72 hours; incomplete events; clear pricing errors; or where the outcome of a bet is affected by an event that rendered the market meaningless before settlement.
MSW Bet offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to these General Terms and any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
Most bonuses on MSW Bet are subject to a wagering requirement — the amount you must bet before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 10x means you must wager ten times the bonus amount). Your real-money balance is always available for withdrawal without any wagering requirement. Wagering requirements apply only to bonus balances credited as part of a specific promotion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on MSW Bet and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:
MSW Bet's compliance and fraud team monitors accounts and transactions continuously. Accounts flagged for any of the above conduct will be suspended pending investigation. Players found in breach of these terms will not be entitled to withdraw any balance pending at the time of suspension.
MSW Bet may suspend or close any account at any time without prior notice if we reasonably believe that the account holder has breached these Terms and Conditions, that account activity poses a fraud or money laundering risk, or that continued operation of the account creates a compliance liability.
Where an account is suspended due to suspected fraud or terms violation, any balance held in the account will be frozen pending the outcome of a compliance review. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited on account closure.
